Hi there,

I am looking for suppliers who are able to set up a ceremony on the beach. The beaches we are looking at are Shelley Cove and Castle Rock.

I have already made enquiries with Busso Party Hire and Creations Unlimited and they would only drop equipment off and pick it up. No set up included in the service.

I did find a supplier who is doing it all from the start to finish (drop off, setting up, picking up etc...) however, we would have to use them for the entire wedding day incl. Reception decorations.

Does anyone have any ideas or tips on where I can find a supplier just for the ceremony providing chairs and a wedding arbour?

Thanks so much for your reply. I've always dreamt of a beach wedding and I have already discovered that Beach weddings are not the favorite spots for a lot of suppliers or celebrants.

I didn't think it's such a big effort but it seems it is.

Any help or directions would be fabulous.

When is your wedding Hasi?

I have a girlfriend getting married in Shelly Cove in April.

The wedding is not till March 2013. I just wanted to organise the big stuff asap so I have all the suppliers I want and don't have to stress about it.

I thought in checking out the ceremony decoration now will help in making the decision in whether I can actually have a beach ceremony.

We are lucky to have a minister in our family so we will use him

They are setting up our beach ceremony, but I'm not sure if Rose travels that far down south.

did call Rawjac and unfortunately Rose said they do not travel that far down south as March is one of their busiest time.

Maybe I will try Cape Marquees?
