Why did you choose the date you have for your wedding day?

we have decided to change our wedding date due to some things happening and it would be inpractical to have it in May next year, still havent decided on a new date but we just try to avoid all the birthdays which we seem to have alot of but we didnt plan our original date with anything in mind

I had started planning for February next year, but realised Id be hard pressed for time since I currently work 50 + hours a week.

We have our best friend’s wedding in April next year, which FH and I are both in their bridal party.

So I picked September 29th 2010 since its going to be warming up again, and its the night before a Full Moon.
Turns out its also my Grandma and Pops wedding anniversary. would have been there... 64th or 65th I think??

No real significance for our date. I wanted 17th of august its both my grand parents birthday but it was too soon after my birthday 10 days! I also did not want a summer wedding I hate heat I couldnt imagine how horrid it would be wearing a wedding dress blah!

So september it is its in the middle of our birthdays still on a 17th. turned out well we both wanted an odd number lol hard to explain how we picked it but it worked.

I dont think you should get your heart set on a date you never know if youll get the venue or things you want if your too specific, unless your like us and started planning two years out!

Not long now Vanessa only 11 days till your wedding day.

great had a MAJOR drama today but all sorted and will elaborate once my day is over... but apart from this hiccup feeling cool calm and collected not a hint of nerves still not excited yet either lol cant wait though if that makes sense?
