Our Chef Proprietor will compliment this beauty by creating a menu to suit every occasion. Brunch to exclusive receptions and cocktail party style to a more relaxed, intimate occasion utilising only a part of the restaurant. Flutes can cater to your every wish. In addition, we have the advantage of being able to offer our award winning Brookland Valley wines.
Whether you plan a large formal function or a small intimate occasion, we will ensure your wedding is everything you desire.
The Ultimate Reception
A private and distinctive wedding is yours, complete with the option of holding your wedding ceremony on the grounds, overlooking the brook. Your guests move on to the decking area for pre-dinner drinks and canapés, whilst you take advantage of the beautiful surrounds for your wedding photos. The bridal party then joins the guests for a hand selected three-course meal in the restaurant, with your choice of entertainment.
Relaxed & Stylish
Our natural surrounds, exceptional service and tailored menus provide the opportunity for an informal yet elegant reception for smaller groups. Partitions offer privacy, yet allow guests to bask in the ambience of Flutes.
Ceremony
Select your choice of location, between the cottage gardens where Pan sits watching the brook or the Australian bushland setting with a waterfall in the background.
Cocktail
The layout of the restaurant lends itself to a stand-up, cocktail style reception. Staff will bring a varied selection of canapés and beverages to guests as they wander around the deck and restaurant, before offering an array of fine foods on a buffet. Dance the night away under the stars and enjoy a beautiful and distinctive wedding reception.
Brunch
The country lifestyle offers the unique opportunity of celebrating your wedding with the moon and sun both high in the sky. Start early, with fruit cocktails, sparkling wine and the option of buffet or table service and enjoy the unique atmosphere of brunch in the splendour of the valley by morning light.
Wedding Cakes
We are happy to help organise your cake for you, or you are more than welcome to bring your own.
We will charge a small fee for the service of your cake, should you arrange your own. This price includes cutting, plating with berry coulis and fresh cream and table service of the cake or cutting and placing in cake bags.
