At Events by the Bay we bring people together to celebrate all things love & happiness in the most comfortable and stylish surroundings possible. Our aim is to reduce the hassle and stress that comes along with event planning, by taking the reins and making sure you enjoy every moment with your special people.
Depending on what type of event you are organsing, we have several services available to choose from. We can cater for small or large groups and can set up in a number of locations. Please see below for a brief description of our services.
Let us help you on your special day by taking over the organisational reins so that you can relax and enjoy. We currently have 2 wedding coordination packages available:
On the day Coordination
This package is designed for couples who have completed all their wedding planning and are looking for a professional to put it all together on the day; or
On the day Coordination Plus
This package is designed for couples who have started the planning process but need some assistance to complete it. We will help you achieve the event design that compliments your vision and budget.
Events by the Bay create and style beautiful pop up picnic settings using a range of low tables (pallet & solid) matting, cushions and other decorative items including lanterns, plants and tableware. We can also provide a delicious breakfast or all day grazing board to accompany your picnic setting.
In addition to this we are able to provide a huge range of services by working alongside other local businesses. The bonus of this is it saves you the time and worry of organising everything yourself as we will do this on your behalf. Perhaps you'd like to throw in some tarot card readings or reiki, a massage or even go on a helicopter ride to a secluded beach.... the possibilities are endless.
You choose the package you want or ask us to create something unique especially for you! Our event packages are perfect for celebrations such as hens parties, baby showers, girls nights, birthdays, proposals and corporate events.
Have the creativity but not the equipment? Fear not we have you covered! We have loads of items available to hire so that you can create your own amazing set up, from couches and cushions to picnic baskets and plates! This will absolutely help make your next event Insta worthy without the price tag, what's not to love about that?
We have a delivery option available or you are more than welcome to collect from our Busselton address. Hire times can be from 2 hours - 72 hours, if you require longer please enquire.
