Our retreat can accommodate between 24 and 100 guests within a mix of luxury glamping cabins and self-contained Studio rooms.
Choose from four different Reception locations;
The Circle Garden – bring your naked marquee or TP event tent to life in this large circular space, suitable for numbers between 60 and 100. The perfect backdrop for your catering truck installation and blanc canvas creation. Priced from $44 per person.
The Rustic Shed – Private dining, intimate cocktail or cosy lounge feels are created here for parties between 24 and 60. Priced from $33 per person
Fireside Cafe – Relaxed country style space including verandas and alfresco areas for seated or cocktail parties between 24 and 60. Priced from $33 per person
The Glamping Village – The ultimate DIY festival venue for guest numbers between 80 and 120. Priced from $44 per person. All of our unique venue spaces offer convenient amenities and access to power, water and gas.
Choose from several Ceremony locations;
The Big tree; situated close to all other amenities with paddock vistas. Priced from $11 per person or choose from the many nearby National Park sites; including Boranup Forest, Redgate, Hamelin Bay, Contos Beach and Brides Cave. (Check Council for fees and conditions)
Our packages are designed to be flexible and value-filled, so that you can plan a professional event with ease and enjoyment. Our team at Margaret River Retreat, draw on a host of experienced wedding suppliers working within our fabulous region, and can assist you in bringing together the perfect setting for any occasion.
Between 4 and 14 accommodation rooms are required to be booked to hold your event at Margaret River Retreat.
All tariffs may be viewed on our booking console. Public holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum.
Bride & Groom receives complimentary wedding night accommodation, when minimum numbers are met.
Camping is available once all other on-site accommodation has been booked.
Ceremony site charges include 2-4x wine barrels, managing staff, venue coordination and a signing table for 2x hours.
Reception sites include 4-6 wine barrels and other outdoor fixtures, managing staff, venue coordination and dance floor area for 8x hours.
Our Chef is happy to discuss your simple catering needs with you for Preparation Platters, Wedding cake displays with t&c, Graze tables and Breakfast banquets and recovery bbq.
Our Fireside commercial kitchen, coolroom and Yoga studio facilities may be hired separately. Please view hire rates below.
