Processing your order
Orders received between Mondays to Friday before 2pm will be processed that day. For an item that is in stock, orders will be dispatched within 24 hours, unless your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday. If your item is not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise of availability and estimated delivery date. If for any reason Coast to Country Weddings is unable to fill your requested order you will be notified as soon as possible via email and we will make a payment reversal if payment has been processed.
We use Australia Post Express Post, which is individually coded and tracked. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive notification from Coast to Country Weddings. This will give you a tracking number you can check on www.auspost.com.au . Parcels will be delivered Mondays to Friday between 9am – 5pm.
Delivery times for Australia Post can be calculated by clicking here and following the prompts. The despatch postcode is 6280. Please note Express Post overnight delivery is not available because we are not situated within the delivery network for overnight. Australia Post takes one day for parcels to travel between the south west of WA to Perth. Coast to Country Weddings takes no responsibility for the loss of goods once an item is scanned as received by Australia Post.
