Events by the Bay

Event planning service specialising in Pop up Picnics, Grazing Tables and Boxes and Equipment Hire. Perfect for proposals, hens, anniversaries, baby showers, birthdays and corporate functions.

At Events by the Bay, we bring people together to celebrate all things love & happiness in the most comfortable and stylish surroundings possible. Our aim is to reduce the hassle and stress that comes along with event planning, by taking the reins and making sure you enjoy every moment with your special people.

Depending on what type of event you are organising, we have several services available to choose from. We can cater for small or large groups and can set up in various private & public locations within the Southwest. Please see below for a brief description of our services.

Pop up Picnics
We create and style beautiful pop up picnic settings using a range of low tables (pallet & trestle) matting, cushions or seating and other decorative items including lanterns, greenery, flowers, open canopy tents and tepees.

Included in the price of a picnic setting is all the above-mentioned equipment plus tableware (plates, napkins, cutlery and glassware) set up and pack down. We work with you to source the best location for your event and we always make sure to have a plan B in place as unfortunately, we cannot control Mother Nature!

The only things you need to provide are a time, date & style preference, we will handle all the rest.
If you would like to include a little something extra with your picnic setting, we have several Event Packages available for you to choose from. Perhaps you'd like to do a tarot card reading or reiki, a pedicure or massage, a wine tour even go on a scenic helicopter ride.... the possibilities are endless.

Grazing
A grazing table or box goes perfectly with our styled picnic settings. We thrive on creativity and each grazing setting is unique to you! We do our very best to support local business by using local suppliers wherever we can.
We have two grazing options available and can accommodate dietary requirements.

All Day Graze (antipasto):
• selection of up to 3 cheese varieties (hard, soft, cream or blue)
• selection of up to 4 varieties of cured meats (salami, prosciutto, ham or chorizo)
• selection of up to 3 dips
• fresh fruit and vegetables
• selection of crackers and breads
• nuts, dried fruit
• raw bliss balls & dark chocolate

Breakfast Graze
• ham & cheese croissant
• mini sweet loaf mini
• yoghurt and granola cups or chia pudding
• selection of fresh seasonal fruit
• raw bliss balls

If you would like more substantial options for both All Day & Breakfast grazing, we can provide this at an additional charge.

Equipment Hire
Have the creativity but not the equipment? We have loads of items available to hire so that you can create your own amazing set up. From couches, cushions, picnic tables and plates, this will help make your next event Insta worthy!

We have a delivery option available or you are more than welcome to collect from our Busselton address. Hire times can be from 2 hours - 72 hours if you require longer please enquire.
