We asked this question of our Facebook followers and have compiled their answers for you below. Looking back on your wedding day, what would you have done differently?
KH Made a list of photos I now realize I wanted... I have over 900 photos but there are just some moments I wish I had captured.
KK I wrote the family photo combinations I wanted for the photographer but didn't think about particular other shots I wanted to make sure I had. Gone with a different photographer. That way I wouldn't still be waiting now. Got a USB of unedited pics a few months after it but still no album. My putting the pressure on them fell by the wayside for a while with my child being born, but I started it up again recently and earlier in the week finally got a reply, another "assurance" it will be here by the end of August. I'm so far over the broken promises that I'll believe it when I actually have that sucker in my hands!
AE I had the best celebrant in the whole wide world ( looking at you Donna McClelland , the best bunch of guests and the best family. If I was going to change anything it would be my own attitude to the attitude of others. As someone who didn't want a "proper" wedding up until the day before, I can honestly say that it was the most amazing day and I wish I had enjoyed the lead up a little more and been a miserable b@$?h a little less!
LG I wouldn't change a thing.
KS I wish I had got a videographer... I love my photos but it would have been awesome to go back and watch the feelings and reactions again.
KM To not get caught up in the euphoria of getting married. Chose my bridesmaids wisely I had three and should've stuck with my two beautiful choices.
RA Not used the DJ we had he was terrible!
RK Everything....apart from the man I married.
JN Caldwell Nothing!
