Rustic Barn Wedding Venues around Margaret River

I know your looking for a Barn style wedding venue in the Margaret River Wine Region and I have found the closest thing around. Please note I am not saying there is none in the area, because I know properties that have barns but they are either not available for hire or on my personal inspection to me these venues are not what I would call a suitable barn venue nor would I hire it to a couple as they are a dirty rustic shed only good to house animals in. But if you know the whereabouts of a barn venue then please tell me because I have brides and grooms looking to hire your venue.

The closet venues I have found that even come close to maybe fitting the styling are a few community halls that are very rustic with weatherboard exterior e.g. Yallingup Hall, Cowaramup Hall and Acton park Hall. The only thing is they either have restrictions on what you can do at the venue or the Acton Park Hall is small.

Chandeliers on Abbey has on the property its original barn which has been lovingly restored and features an antique crystal chandelier and large jarrah bar and servery. It is not big enough to accommodate a 100 sit down.Just a small gathering, cocktail style would be more suitable with the benefit of using the outside area as well.

What about a rustic shed? At Taunton Farm Holiday Park, on the way to Margaret River this venue has restored the historic Cowaramup church and the old Cowaramup School into a function venue. Also apart of the park is a rustic shed which can be used as a venue either for a next day get together or rustic wedding reception.

I am pretty sure it is the only style of wedding venue we don't have a lot of choice to hire, plenty of wineries, beautiful beaches, picturesque churches and so on. But if your heart is so set on a barn wedding venue and you would travel to the ends of the earth to find such a place then we still have in the Southwest Alverstoke Barn in Brunswick. It will only seat up to 60 people, so if your planning to have 150 guests sorry no will fit.

Don't worry my friend I have my ears to the ground and when I find one here you will be the first to know, maybe drop me an This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and when I hear of something I will be sure to contact you.

Happy wedding planning.
