I wanted to share a short drone video of the a-ma-zing set up of Soul Camping's bell tents at Brantley Marie & Simon's wedding. I've also included some stills & shared the story of their day.
Honestly . . . it looks SO amazing, I wish I'd been invited!!
Simon & Brantley Marie held an incredible weekend wedding for 120 guests over two nights. As it was their own property, they were able to utilize the amazing Soul Camping Bell Tents to create a whole village. Literally!
There were shower & toilet blocks, a Kids Tent, access to electricity for hair dryers/phone charging/etc., and a total of 42 Bell Tents.
The couple organized the whole ‘accommodation’ issue by setting up a simple website for themselves about their wedding – cool idea, huh?!? – with a link to Soul Camping for guests to identify & book their accommodation. This allowed for Brantley Marie & Simon to have the correct number of Bell Tents onsite as all the guests were responsible for identifying their sleeping needs. The guests all paid for their own Bell Tent.
Not all of the guests decided to book and stay onsite in one of the Soul Camping Bell Tents, as they either lived locally or didn’t want to stay the minimum of 2 nights. (Soul Camping required a minimum of 2 nights for each of the tents that were erected, similar to hotel/resort requirements.) All those who stayed LOVED the bell tents!
The only real organization that Simon & Brantley Marie had to undertake, was the decision of tent placement – absolutely everything else was organized by Soul Camping. Each Bell Tent had a number which was displayed on cute little blackboards in front of each doorway.
Here are some amazing stills of the setup.
To top off the whole experience, Soul Camping provided soap, towels, bed linen AND lighting for each Bell Tent. Unbelievable!!!! Brantley Marie & Simon let all their guests know what they needed to bring via their bespoke website and emails in the weeks before the wedding.
All-in-all, I would have to say that this wedding looks like it was an incredible experience for absolutely everyone involved, and I can only wonder how my own invitation must have got lost in the mail!!!
