The amazing Aravina Estate

We visited Aravina Estate recently and we were just blown away by the beautiful grounds and the incredible new function room. You drive in to the Estate after traversing the twisting turning tree-lined back roads around Margaret River. The driveway leads down into a dell, lined by the vineyard and the lake. Then you see the gardens around the carpark...you don't really get the full impact of the buildings until you park your car and walk through the gardens.

There are separate rooms at Aravina - the winery/restaurant/lunch area then the separate, brand new function room which is used for weddings. The function room can hold 180 guests (seated) and is beautifully finished with chandeliers, travertine floors and large bi fold glass doors opening onto a large deck overlooking Aravina Lake. There is also a purpose built bar and a very luxurious brides powder room which is available for brides and bridesmaids to either get ready or freshen up during the day.

The new room is completely separate to the lunch area, which means that stylists, florists and other wedding suppliers have access to the room throughout the day. There is no longer the pressure of the short turnaround time after lunch service to reset and restyle for an evening function. But we think the function centre needs very little to set it off, it's so gorgeous!

And then there's the grounds...the vineyard, the lake, the lush manicured gardens, the gazebo. Go for a drive one day down to Aravina, have a bit of lunch, and see what all the buzz is about. Or for more info on weddings at Aravina, click HERE to head to our website.
