Based in Cowaramup, this team is structured by chefs and confectioners, giving the possibility to offer a complete service that goes from appetizer to desserts, cakes and wedding cakes, and the original Italian homemade Gelato.. Gluten and vegan food options are also available.

Claudio Biscotti started in 2013 with the previous name of : I Pasticcioni. Baking from a little home in Busselton for: Local Markets, Towns events and small caterings.

With Claudio’s passion and knowledge for food, Milena’s shiny smile and account ability, LAST BUT NOT LEAST , with the love and support of the local customer, the company has grown year after year,

Since the beginning of 2017 the company moved in a 250 sqm production Kitchen in Cowaramup, 10 miles from Margaret River equipped with the most modern and advanced cooking equipment.

Starting from Busselton & Margaret River Farmers Market with 6 type’s of Biscuits after 5 years Claudio, Milena, Mattia, Daniele and some other crazy mind bakers now more than 170 different biscuits and much more, all authentic and traditional Italian.

Cater for Wedding, Birthday Party, Private Events and Locals Markets.

What can I say? Claudio provided the catering for the amazing dessert table for my wedding, because why have just one cake when you can have a smorgasbord?! He is a magician. To all my plant-based friends, I cannot recommend Claudio enough. 

We met to discuss the particulars of guest numbers etc, and he got back to me soon after with some suggestions to choose from. This baking genius somehow managed to create the most delicious vegan profiteroles I have ever eaten, and my guests DEMOLISHED them. I had to get my bridal party to set aside some of everything for me, because his creations were such a hit! We had mono portion sized tiramisu, hazelnut mousse and sour cherry cakes, lemon meringue pies and caramel tarts as well as the profiteroles. Even my non-vegan guests commented on how delicious everything was. 

If you are looking for someone to bring some delicious and gorgeous baking works of art into your life, you can't go past Claudio! He's very friendly and supportive, and he doesn't back down from a challenge. Now I have to fight with myself to keep from ordering 50 vegan profiteroles just because. 

I can't thank you enough, Claudio, for helping me create such a magical day for the wedding!
